How to Make Bambalouni

Ingredients
- 500 grams of all-purpose flour
- One egg–white
- A pinch of salt
- One packet of yeast
- One tablespoon of baking powder
- One teaspoon of sugar
- 250 milliliters of water
Instructions
- Dissolve the sugar/honey and yeast in warm water for five minutes
- Add the flour in a container with egg white, baker’s yeast, and water
- Mix everything to get a sticky and homogeneous mixture
- Knead the dough with your hands for ten minutes
- Cover and set aside for 60 minutes
- Take a dough ball and make the Bambalouni
- Now add the ball to hot oil and ensure it is golden brown on both sides
- Drain and sprinkle with honey or sugar
- Serve to your family or friends
