Ingredients

  3. Toasting should be no more than 1-2 minutes
  4. Transfer warm spices to the grinder and mix well
  5. You can also use mortar and pestle
  6. Now combine all ingredients in a large bowl
  7. Create lamb mixture into one-inch thick and five-inch-long cigars
  8. You can also make cylindrical or patty shapes
  9. Use oil to brush sausages and grill them until a brown texture is achieved
  10. Serve with more harissa and cilantro on the side
